SEX education is now happening so early in a child's life, MORE and more young kids are being more sexually active. It is as early as MIDDLE school that they're educating kids about SEX, so the word get comfortable enough that before the end of their middle school year the are actively involved in SEX.
If parents and teachers were to wait for the child to at least make it to high school where sex is more spoken about!!
